Construction Before & After in Fort Worth, TX
You can read about a remodel all day, but seeing the same room transformed tells you more in ten seconds than a page of promises ever will. Below are real project narratives from our work across Fort Worth, from Wedgwood to Ryan Place to Fairmount. The photos are being added as we finish projects, but the stories behind them are exactly what happens when the crew arrives.

Recent Transformations
Kitchen Remodel in Tanglewood: Closed-Off 1980s Galley to Open Family Kitchen
Before
AfterThe problem: A 1984 galley kitchen with a soffit that cut the room in half, laminate counters bubbling at the seams, and one overhead light that left the sink in shadow. The homeowner cooked facing a wall.
What we did: We removed the soffit, opened the wall to the dining room, and ran KraftMaid shaker cabinets to the ceiling. Counters went to Silestone in a warm white, fixtures to Kohler. The crew laid drop cloths from the front door to the work zone and kept a clear path for the family’s two kids and their dog.
The result: One continuous counter run, light from both sides of the house, and a kitchen the family actually gathers in. Graham walked the final with them and pointed out every seam, every hinge, and the clean-up photo before the crew packed out.
Bathroom Remodel in Fairmount: 1930s Bath with Rot and a Sloped Floor
Before
AfterThe problem: Fairmount homes are beautiful, but 90-year-old subfloors under original tile do not always hold up. This one had a soft spot near the tub and a floor that sloped enough to notice when you stepped out of the shower.
What we did: We pulled the old tile, replaced the rotted section of subfloor, and laid a Schluter waterproofing system before the new hex tile went down. The homeowner chose a Wellborn vanity and Moen brushed-nickel fixtures. Shoe covers went on at the door, and we kept the drop cloths taped tight so dust stayed out of the hallway.
The result: A level, solid floor, a shower that drains properly, and a bathroom that keeps the 1930s character without the 1930s problems. The written price before demo started matched the final invoice to the dollar.
Whole-Home Remodel in Wedgwood: A 1960s Ranch Brought Forward 60 Years
Before
AfterThe problem: A well-built but tired 1960s ranch with dark wood paneling in the den, a kitchen cut off from the living space, and a front exterior that had not been touched in decades.
What we did: We removed the paneling and the wall between kitchen and den, reframed the opening with a clean header, and ran the same flooring through the entire public space so the rooms flow. Exterior siding went to James Hardie plank with a fresh paint scheme. The homeowner has young children, so the crew ran quiet tools only until the kids were up from naps.
The result: A home that works the way a modern family lives. The original footprint stayed, but the feel is completely different. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is stamped on the final paperwork, and the family knows exactly who to call if anything shows up that is not right.
Kitchen Remodel in Ridglea Hills: Water Damage Turned into a Full Kitchen Rebuild

The problem: A slow leak behind the dishwasher had been working on the base cabinets for months before anyone noticed. By the time we got the call, three base cabinets were swollen and the floor in front of the sink had buckled.
What we did: We stopped the source first, then pulled the damaged section, dried everything thoroughly, and rebuilt. The homeowner upgraded to Wellborn cabinets and Caesarstone counters. Full kitchen, not just the damaged corner. We explained the written price before any of that started, so there were no surprises when the scope grew.
The result: A kitchen that is not just repaired but better than it was before the leak. The homeowner told us later she had dreaded the process, but the daily clean-up photo and the fact that our crew asked before moving anything made it manageable.
Bathroom Remodel in Ryan Place: Cramped Jack-and-Jill Split into Two Functional Baths

The problem: Two teenagers sharing a Jack-and-Jill with a single sink and a toilet closet that had no ventilation. Mornings were a bottleneck.
What we did: We split the space into two separate bathrooms, each with its own sink and toilet. Added proper vent fans to both. The homeowners chose Grohe fixtures and a simple white subway tile. The layout change meant moving plumbing, so we pulled the permit and had the inspection passed before closing the walls.
The result: Two kids who no longer argue over the sink, and two bathrooms that will serve the house for decades. The work took six weeks, and the family stayed in the home the whole time. Drop cloths went down every day, and the crew cleaned up before they left every afternoon.
General Contracting in Arlington Heights: Structural Repair Under a Remodel

The problem: A cracked beam in the crawlspace that had the living room floor bouncing and drywall cracking along the ceiling line. The homeowner wanted a cosmetic remodel. We found a structural issue.
What we did: We brought in an engineer, got the beam speced, and replaced it before any cosmetic work started. Then we repaired the drywall, repainted, and finished the rooms the homeowner originally wanted updated. Graham was on-site for the beam work and explained every step to the homeowner, including what the engineer’s stamp meant.
The result: A solid floor, no new cracks, and a remodel that will not fall apart in two years because someone skipped the hard part. The written price changed when the scope changed, but the homeowner approved every line item before we touched it.
